Replacement Policy
Customer satisfaction is of the upmost important to us. Christian Chapman Art will replace your hoodie in the following circumstances:
- You have received the incorrect item. Photographs are required. Must be submitted within 3 days after the delivery time.
- You have received the incorrect size. Photographs are required with a tape measure showing the size. This applies if the garment size measured does not match the size chart of Christian Chapman Art. The garment must be 3cm (1 inch) bigger or smaller than the chart for it to be replaced. Must be submitted within 3 days after the delivery time.
- You have received a damaged item. Photographs are required of both the hoodie and the damaged parcel. Must be submitted within 2 days after the delivery time.
- Parcel is lost during shipping. Allow 30 days for the delivery before you notify us.
Christian Chapman Art is not responsible for the loss caused by some special circumstances and reasons. Christian Chapman Art has the right not to assist in providing after-sales service, including but not limited to the following situations:
- Customer has filled in the wrong shipping address or size.
- Claims are submitted after the allowed time noted above.
- Damaged or deformed product is damaged or deformed by the customer.
- Wrong or insufficient recipient information. The parcel cannot be delivered properly due to the wrong or insufficient recipient information provided by the customer.
